Naarm/Melbourne-based quintet Mood Spill are a flash of lightning in a rain-drenched forest, evoking feelings of warmth and familiarity, honesty and vulnerability. Formed in 2022 at a spur of the moment jam session in an old factory in Melbourne’s inner north, Mood Spill is composed of Tom Riccioni, Adrian Verna, Bailey Brown, Georgia-Grace Buckingham and Oli Morley-Sattler. Their songs are meticulously crafted yet flowing and breathing like rivers and trees. The band’s dynamic and cathartic live performances have left audiences from Melbourne to the Blue Mountains buzzing with emotion; their mercurial live sets awash with lush vocal harmonies, emotive songwriting, and confident and understated musicianship.
