The Daily Commuters travel Naarm/Melbourne blending sounds influenced by New Wave, Alternative rock, and post-Punk. Inspired by acts like Talking Heads, and Ian Dury, The Daily Commuters take a valiant stride, strumming all six strings with subtle hip swivel all in the name of your enjoyment and music.
Fretted Sponge is the side project of singer-songwriter Esther Etc, better known as one half of brogue-gaze band Superstar (#12 on discogs) last seen sometime in 2016. She plays outlaw country on a bass guitar, like a jet-lagged Tracy Thorn singing Wilco covers at 2pm in a karaoke bar off Russell St.
